Manager Henderson has the honor to announce to the citizens of Pittsburg : that he has effected an engagement, for a limited number of nights! with the young tragedian Edwin Adams who has just returned from one of the most successful western tours! the memories of the oldest managers can recall. Heretofore the professional labors of this young artist have been confined exclusively to the eastern states, but at the solicitation of many who were anxious to witness his masterly delineations! he has been induced to extend his field of action. He has successively visited Cincinnati, Louisville, Nashville, Indianapolis, Chicago, and St. Louis! where he has created an enthusiasm so marked, that he is now universally condeded to be the tragic artist of the age.
