Charles Schmitz's grand musical soiree! : In aid of the Ladies' Branch, U.S. Sanitary Commission, will take place on Tuesday evening, March 29th, 1864, at Armory "D," Grey Reserves, N.E. cor. Eighteenth and Chestnut Sts., (entrance on Eighteenth St.) The following artists have kindly volunteered their valuable services: Carl Gaertner, Charles H. Jarvis, M.H. Cross, A. Roggenburger, and Amateur Glee Club. Mr. M.H. Cross will preside at the piano ... The piano is of Steck & Co's make, and furnished by Mr. J.E. Gould Cards of admission, on dollar to be had at Andrew & Co's Music Store, No. 1104 Chestnut Street; J.E. Gould, corner Seventh and Chestnut, and at the hall door on the evening of the concert.
