Description Glass negative showing Samuel Brown, Mrs. J.W. Paul, May Sharp, Rachel Brown, and Marriott Morris' parents Martha Canby Morris and Elliston P. Morris, and sister Elizabeth Canby Morris gathered under the branches of a palm tree. Elliston and Elizabeth Morris, Samuel Brown and one of the women stand while the other women sit at the base of the tree. The women wear long dresses and hats. The men wear long coats and hats. Brown carries a walking stick. Thick foliage grows behind the palm.
