Description
View showing the Protestant Episcopal church at Seventh and Commerce streets above Market Street. The Georgian-style building, built 1807-1809, was demolished circa 1871 when the congregation relocated to Twenty-second Street. Also shows adjacent buildings, including John Heumann's boot and shoe store at 13 North 7th Street. Street railroad tracks are visible in the foreground.
