Description
Real estate photograph commissioned by the Jackson-Cross Company depicting African American children leaning against a building adjacent to a vacant lot scattered with debris. Nine boys and girls stand against the wall. The girl in the left holds a broom. The Jackson-Cross Company, established around 1876, was a Philadelphia real estate firm in operation until 1998.
