Description Detailed view of a bronze ornamental lamppost with one tier of globes surmounted by one large, bronze-capped globe in the corner of the Governor's Reception Room. Three cherubs playing horns are carved into the post below the globes. Supplied by the Pennsylvania Bronze Company, it is one of many similarly designed standard lamps used throughout the Capitol building, contructed from 1902 to 1906 after designs by Joseph M. Huston.
