Description |
Depicts a hatless President Theodore Roosevelt standing and reading his speech before a large crowd gathered in front of the
stands near the new Capitol building. A building on the left side of the street is covered in patriotic bunting and lights
are strung from one side of the street to the other, over the heads of the spectators.
