Exterior view of the House of Refuge Dormitory for Colored Girls at North 22nd and Poplar Streets built circa 1898 after designs by Addison Hutton. Shows the wrought iron fence before the front facade of the three-story building that has ivy growing on it. Trees line the sidewalk in the foreground.
