The 2nd Regiment of Baker's Brigade, the 69th Regiment of the Pennsylvania Volunteers, was organized in Aug. 1861 by Col.
Joshua T. Owen, and mustered out July 1, 1865; Edward D. Baker was killed at the battle of Ball's Bluff, Va., Oct. 21, 1861.
