Description |
Die-cut scrap depicting a racist caricature of an African American man riding in a two-wheeled, horse-drawn cart. Shows the
man, attired in a white top hat, yellow gloves, a white collared shirt, a blue bowtie, a black jacket with tails, white pants,
and black shoes, seated on a red cart, smiling and looking at the viewer. He holds the reins to the brown horse, which trots
and pulls the cart in the right. He also carries a black whip in his right hand.
