The annual assessment in the above-named district of all persons liable to tax on gold and silver plate, carriages, billiard tables, and pleasure yachts, and also of all persons required to take out licenses, having been completed, notice is hereby given that the taxes due under said assessment will be received by the undersigned, daily, Sundays excepted, between the hours of 9 A.M. and 3 P.M. at his office, S.W. cor. Third and Walnut Sts. on and after Saturday, the 11th instant, until and including Saturday, the 9th day of May, 1863. Penalties.
