Marshal's sale! : By virtue of a writ of sale, by the Hon. John Cadwalader, judge of the District Court of the United States, in and for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, in Admiralty, to me directed, will be sold, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Philadelphia Exchange, on Thursday, Oct. 10, 1861, at 12 o'clock, M., the one-sixteenth part of the schooner John S. Lee, her tackle, apparel and furniture, being the interest of Andrew J.
