Views look southwest in the direction of West Philadelphia at the floating George Popps Park Boat House with rowboats pulled up to the dock. Men stand and sit on the dock and in the boathouse in the foreground. Also shows buildings on the west bank of the river, including a building possibly inhabited and operated by Jeremiah King.
