Title stamped on verso.
Attributed to John Moran.
Buff mount with square corners.
Manuscript note in a scrapbook compiled in 1894 for J. Cook McAllister by his father William Young McAllister reads: Retsilla - our Delaware Co. home from 1859 to about 1877 - about 7 acres near Wallingford on the West Chester R.R. - The property was sold to L.H. Little and he has built a new house.
Retrospective conversion record: original entry, with corrections.
