Description
View showing the pavilion on Reservoir Hill at the Fairmount Water Works on the Schuylkill River. Shows a woman with a parasol standing on the path leading to the pavilion. The waterworks, originally built between 1812 and 1822 after the designs of Philadelphia engineer Frederick Graff, were altered and expanded until 1872.
