Description Shows the dining room of the hotel built for the Centennial Exhibition of 1876 in West Philadelphia at Forty-first and Oregon streets. The hotel, advertised as within the shade of "Silver Maple Grove," accommodated 1000 guests. The tables are covered with lace tablecloths and a large ornate chandelier hangs from the ceiling.
