Description Illustrated trade card depicting a patriotic column surmounted by an eagle and adorned by American flags and an American shield. Includes a partial view of a train in the background. Evans, the self-promoted first "fast card press in the city" operated his firm at Fourth and Library Streets until 1880. In 1860, his press executed the advertisements for the Philadelphia City Directory.
