Description
Label for druggist and patent medicine dealer Dr. N. B. Leidy. Comprised of three sections within ornamented borders. Front section includes a vignette portrait of Leidy and directions for use. Side sections include promotional text and names of professional endorsers. Leidy operated a drug dispensary from the 1840s to late 19th century. Leidy operated from North Sixth Street by 1880.
