Description
Touched up newspaper photograph depicting a portrait of the back of an African American man riding his horse-drawn "Iron Age" potato machine as he harvests a field of potatoes. The man, attired in a brimmed hat, a long-sleeved shirt, overalls, and shoes, sits on the machine and holds the reins to the two horses. The machine is pulled down rows of potato plants. The newly harvested potatoes are visible on the ground.
