Three-quarter length portrait of Mrs. Stewart wearing pearls in her hair and holding a folded fan in her right hand. The miniature on her left wrist is probably a portrait of her father; the one on her right, her husband. Cf. Robin J. Frank. Love and loss (2000), p. 21.
