Description Busy scene showing numerous activities occurring simultaneously at a military camp. At the center, generals make strategic plans under a canopy made from an American flag while soldiers drill on horseback, with cannons, and in lines around the officers near rows of tents. Also shows African American men and a child approaching a Zouave, soldiers rounding up horses, an infantryman leaning on a cannon, and soldiers standing on the grounds.
