Print commemorating the Emancipation Proclamation. Contains a portrait of Lincoln surounded by American flags and the American eagle; six vignettes within an ornamental border depicting the horror of Southern slavery and the industriousness of the free North; an allegorical scene contrasting the war savaged Confederacy with the proseprous Union; and the text of the proclamation
