Description Aerial view of the Girard Trust Company Building under construction. The building was designed by the architecture firm of Furness, Evans & Co. and was later finished by McKim, Meade & White. City Hall, the Lincoln Liberty Building and other buildings adjacent to Penn Square can be seen in some detail. The view faces southeast from a vantage point just northwest of City Hall.
