Description
Aerial views of William Cramp & Sons shipyard and shipbuilding facilities located on the waterfront in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia along the Delaware River. The yard closed in 1927 and then reopened briefly in 1941 to produce warships. The site does not appear to be very active and few ships can be seen. Distant views of Philadelphia to the south, west and north of the site are visible.
