Plate from children's moral instruction book showing an an oysterman's horse and wagon on the side of a cobblestone street. The oysterman provides a gentleman with a sample of products from the rear of the wagon, while a young African American female waits with a basket nearby. They stand in front of a fenced-in city park area.
