Description
Exterior view showing the Romanesque Revival style Episcopal church, including a never completed tower, built 1855-1859 after the designs of Philadelphia architect John Notman at 2000-2030 Cherry Street. A man climbs the steps to the entrance of the building, a couple walks nearby on the sidewalk, and a woman crosses the street near a handsome horse-drawn carriage transporting passengers. Trees and ironwork fencing surround the church.
