Description
Exterior view showing the Episcopal church later known as Christ Church & St. Michael's, originally built 1854-1856, at 29 West Tulpehocken Street. Also shows an adjacent white-stone residence with porch and street and pedestrian traffic. Traffic includes a horse-drawn cart, ladies on promenade, and a man strolling with a young girl who holds his hand. Building was destroyed by a hurricane in 1878 and rebuilt in 1880.
