Description
Advertisement proof showing the four-story establishment for Andrew Berrybill at 25 South Eighth Street adorned by a large mortar and pestle and a signboard that reads "Andrew Berryhill." The drugstore's display windows on the first floor are flanked by columns. A gentleman stands in the doorway as a laborer loads a barrel onto a horse-drawn dray in the foreground. Barrels and crates pulled from the cellar sit on the sidewalk. Andrew Berrybill tenanted this property from 1839-1840.
