Description |
William F. Kelly, born ca. 1833 in Pennsylvania, worked as a lithographer for P. S. Duval 1859-ca. 1860. He resided in a boarding
house in Center City with his wife Sarah, and two children, Jane and Margaret. Fellow lithographers William Lewis and George
Thomas resided in the same house. He was also named in the insolvency petition of Duval in 1859.
