Description
Views of the park Tumbling Run, located at the southern foot of Sharp Mountain, south of Pottsville, Pa., including a farm on the bank of the twin dams looking east toward Pottsville, a dried-up stream with a stagecoach adorned with signage "A.M. Allen, photographer, Pottsville" in the background, and a man sitting on a large boulder next to a small stream.

Biographical / historical note
A.M. Allen, born in Deerfield, Mass., relocated to Pottsville, Pa. ca. 1852 and set up his studio at the southwest corner of West Market and North Centre Streets. He retired from the business in 1894.
