Description
Pictorial envelope containing an image of a bearded man attired in a heavy, sheep lined coat, cap, and gloves. The man also holds a lit pipe. Bell Bros. Company was incorporated in 1888.

Contains on recto: ink-stamp postmark: Dubuque, Iowa Jul 1, 1902 7 PM and cancelled two-cent oval stamp printed in red ink and depicting the profile of George Washington.
