Spectators watch as laborers, mainly African American men, dismantle and remove building materials through a large hole in the side of the theatre. Signs for "Removal Sale" and "Drugs" are visible on the front of the building. Signage on the upper story window advertises "U.T.A United Tourist Agencies Travel Bureau."
