Description Depicts Mr. Eckels holding up his trophy in his winning 1892 Blackie car parked on a street next to a luxury 1934 white Delage. Attached to the front of the "Blackie" is a sign declaring the car "a bouncing baby with ‘Standard’ in 1892” and "a Grand Old Dame with Essolene in 1934 and There's Life in the Old Gal yet!" The cars are surrounded by spectators, including young boys and two African American men.
