Description
Exterior view from the southeast showing the intersection of Third, Walnut and Dock Streets in Philadelphia. View depicts street and pedestrian traffic including horse-drawn carriages, streetcars, and wagons, and couples strolling. Exchange constructed 1832-33 by the Philadelphia Exchange Company based on the designs of Philadelphia architect William Strickland.
