Shows the front façade of the neo-classical, two-story building containing a clock on the pediment, a bell tower and cupola with a weather vane on top of the roof, and stairs leading to the front door that is decorated with columns and a lunette window. Image also shows pedestrians walking along the sidewalk and partial views of the adjacent buildings.
