Depicts the bronze statue of Abraham Lincoln holding the Emancipation Proclamation, sitting on a granite pedestal decorated with four eagles and garland. Located at East River (i.e. Kelly) and Lemon Hill Drives. Designed by Randolph Rogers in 1871 and was the third bronze memorial of Lincoln to be erected in the United States.
