Title: Our Mother of Sorrows, Cathedral Cemetery W. Philadelphia
Description: View showing the Roman Catholic Church (corner stone laid 1867, 4800-4814 Lancaster Avenue), and adjacent St. Johns Orphan Asylum (built circa 1852) at the east end of the Cathedral Cemetery. In the right of the image, the Gothic-style church stands next to the gated entrance with gatehouse to the cemetery. A small church outbuilding, trees and paths landscape the church grounds.
