I take this opportunily [sic] of saying, that last fall I was complimented by the voters of the fifteenth legislative district, in the primary election, by receiving near seven hundred votes; but as the district had been represented by a gentleman from Manayunk, and he desiring to continue, many friends were induced to aid his efforts.
