Notions, fancy goods, staples, boots, shoes, hats and caps, groceries, queensware and cutlery of every style and quality, etc., etc., right from Philadelphia, with the following inscription on their banner--"Extermination against all high prices and undue profits." To the public generally who wish to buy goods, we make the following proclamation: Being armed and equipped with such a stock of goods as cannot fail to strike the beholder with amazement ... we are determined to repulse if not entirely vanquish the great system of montrous prices and murderous profits ... Our facilities for purchasing goods in the East, gives us the advantage of the second handling from the manufacturer, instead of the third and fourth, thereby protecting our customers against the necessity of paying an extra tariff ...
