View shows soldiers arriving and departing from the saloon and hospital near the waterfront. Scene shows a soldier seated on his bed receiving boxes of lint from a girl and boy who are attired in red, white, and blue. A picnic-like display of fruit, jars of jams, and a basket of bottles lays on the floor. Also includes the names of the committee members.
