Builders" adorn the unhitched engine on which a volunteer firefighter attired in his uniform sits., Date from Poulson inscription., Cataloging funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities (PW-506-19-10), 2010-2012., Familton & Chemin, the partnership between Philadelphia printers J. B. Familton and Louis F. Chemin (b. 1840) was active from the 1850s until the start of the Civil War. Chemin was known as a pioneer in the use of color inks in printing.
