Hart, 1st Regt of Artillery, Sir, You are hereby appointed to be the Surgeon of the First Regiment of Artillery in the First Brigade of the First Division of Pennsylvania Militia. Your uniform and equipment will be similar to those of a surgeon in the Army of the United States.
