Title
We will cash all coupons on 7 3/10 per cent Treasury notes and a full supply of the notes always on hand and for sale. Also, the new one year six per cent. certificates of the government. These will be sold at a liberal discount. Quartermaster vouchers either cashed at market rates, or funded into one year certificates. Government and other stocks bought and sold on commission. Uncurrent funds, gold and silver, &c. bought and sold. Drafts and notes collected. Money received on deposit, and interest allowed

The undersigned, having been appointed subscription agent by the secretary of the Treasury is now prepared to furnish, at once, the new twenty year 6 per cent. bonds of the United States, designated as "five-twenties," redeemable at the pleasure of the government, after five years, and authorized by act of Congress approved Feb. 25, 1862
