Outside of the building, sacks are piled on the sidewalk and another worker descends the stairs to the cellar. To the right, a man leads a loaded horse-drawn dray from the side alley to the rear office of the business. At the lower office window, surrounded by barrels, a clerk is busy at his desk inside. A woman stands at a window above.
