Town Hall, Millville two evenings only. The great art-discovery of the age! The wonderful stereopticon Proprietor, John Toy Operator, Prof. E.B. Merchants Lecturer, E.E. Hulfish, Esq. Agent, Wm. F. Decker This beautiful intellectual entertainment, which will be found to surpass anything hitherto presented to the citizens of Millville, will be given at the above popular hall, on Thursday and Friday even'gs, August 27th and 28th, 1863. The stereopticon is a new and powerful apparatus, which, with the aid of the strongest artificial light that science has yet created, produces gigantic stereoscopic pictures! covering over 600 square feet of illuminated canvas, ... At each entertainment will be presented a choice selection, comprising the grandest and most attractive views of American and European scenery, ... The whole comprising the most noted objects of interest, as seen by travelers in a voyage around the world!! Each evening will be presented a number of interesting local views, choice specimens of monumental sculpture, &c., and statues and colossal portraits of eminent American heroes & statesmen ... In order to afford families an opportunity of attending frequently, at a small cost, the prices have been reduced as below: Admission, 15 cts.
