Illustrated trade card depicting the coat of arms of Pennsylvania, including two horses flanking a shield adorned by a ship, a plow and three sheaves of wheat. An eagle surmounts the shield and clutches in its talons a scroll inscribed, "Virtue, Liberty and Independence". Maas & Vogdes, the partnership between William A.
