- Depicts a very elaborate bronze standard, with one tier of globes capped by bronze ornaments. In the middle of the bronze base, two cherubs are each blowing two horns. A workman, probably from the bronze factory, is standing next to the standard. A work table with a collection of tools appears in the background. Similar standard lamps were used throughout the Capitol building constructed in 1902 to 1906., Typed label on verso: Standard for the State Capitol Building. Mr. Joseph M.
