Other property, same estate, to be sold same evening, including vacant lots on Frankford Turnpike and Shackamaxon St. Also two four story brick stores nos., 172 & 174, North 3rd Street; Lot & buildings in Marshall Street, 9 well secured irredeemable ground rents &c.
