Description
Map showing multiple Philadelphia properties belonging to John Earl to be sold at auction on April 14, 1857. Shows seven properties located between Crown Street and Frankford Road and two properties located between Union and Marlborough Streets. The acreage and ground rents are noted on each property.

Text printed on recto: To be sold at public sale, in pursuance of an order of the Orphan’s Court, on Tuesday, 14th April, 1857, at 7 ½ o’clock in the evening at the Philada Exhange. M. Thomas & Sons, auctioneers. NB. Other property, same estate, to be sold same evening, including vacant lots on Frankford Turnpike and Shackamaxon St. Also two four story brick stores nos., 172 & 174, North 3rd Street; Lot & buildings in Marshall Street, 9 well secured irredeemable ground rents &c.
