Description
Bust-length portrait of Kanrokuro Nakayama. He wears his hair parted to the left and is attired in a white collared shirt, tie, and jacket. Kanrokuro Nakayama (1855-1934) attended Harvard Law School from 1877 to 1880. He returned to Japan and became Secretary to the Minister of the Interior.
