Description
Shows the vocational school built 1851-1852 after the designs of Hoxie & Button at 523-525 North Broad Street. Also shows partial views of surrounding buildings. The institute, comprised of a lecture-room, a lending library, a free reading room, classrooms, and a boardroom, educated youth for employment in the practical sciences and technologies.
